Nutrition: what changes

The typical Indian morning is idli, dosa, upma, poha, paratha, cornflakes, muesli, or juice - mostly carbohydrate, often with very little protein. Dr. Roshani starts by adding protein at each meal, not by taking food away.

Sleep: what changes

Sleep is treated as a metabolic intervention, not a wellness extra. Poor sleep raises hunger signals and weakens impulse control the next day, even when food choices are careful.

Stress: what changes

Chronically elevated cortisol worsens insulin resistance, disrupts sleep, and drives cravings. The team works with the real need underneath the stress instead of giving generic calm-down advice.

Resistance training matters because muscle is metabolic machinery. More muscle helps the body handle post-meal glucose better, independent of medication.

The goal is to not need another program

The direction is always toward less

In India, Dr. Roshani manages your medications directly. Internationally, she gives clinical guidance you take to your local prescriber. Either way the direction is the same - toward less, never more - as the four wheels create the conditions that make reduction possible.

Fasting comes last, if at all

Fasting is not step one. We use it only after the four wheels are stable, and only when there’s a clear metabolic or fat-loss reason. The car has to be running before you load the roof.

What this looks like in practice

The method becomes practical only when the team can see your real life: food, sleep, stress, movement, symptoms, reports, and medications.

You share your history, reports, medications, and lifestyle data through the Reisaan app. The team reviews it before meeting you.

The First Consultation

Your coach maps your life. Dr. Roshani reviews the clinical picture. You leave with a roadmap, not a standard protocol.

During the program

Video calls, weekday chat support, app tracking, education from Dr. Roshani, and CGM review when clinically indicated.

Dr. Roshani asks every patient what they’d do in twenty years if this condition no longer ran their life.
