How many cups of rice do you eat in a typical 24-hour day?
How many servings of eggs do you have in a typical 24-hour day?
How many servings of tofu or paneer do you have in a typical 24-hour day?
How many servings of pulses, dal, legumes, lentils, besan/sattu do you have in a typical 24-hour day (as dal, salad, cheela, sprouted, or mixed into other foods)?
How many scoops of protein supplement (whey, or plant-based like pea, soy, or rice) do you have in a typical 24-hour day?
How many servings of milk, curd/dahi, or yogurt do you have in a typical 24-hour day?
How many servings of chicken, fish, or meat do you have in a typical 24-hour day? (choose 0 if vegetarian)
How many teaspoons of fresh cheese, butter, ghee, coconut oil, avocado, coconut milk, malai, or full-fat cream do you have in a typical 24-hour day?
How many teaspoons of refined oil (sunflower, rice bran, safflower) do you have in a typical 24-hour day?
