How many servings of grains or millets (roti, paratha, bread, upma, poha, daliya; any wheat, millet, oats, quinoa, jowar, bajra, ragi, amaranth) do you eat in a typical 24-hour day?
On a typical day, how many cups of cooked rice do you eat?

Count rice after it is cooked, not raw. One cup is a standard measuring cup.

On a typical day, how many eggs do you eat?
How many servings of tofu or paneer do you have in a typical 24-hour day?
On a typical day, how many katoris of dal or legumes do you eat?

Includes dal, rajma, chana, sprouts, besan chilla, and sattu. One katori is a small bowl, about 150-200 ml.

On a typical day, how many scoops of protein powder do you have?

Whey, or plant-based like pea, soy, or rice protein.

On a typical day, how much milk, curd, or yogurt do you have?

Count one glass of milk, or one katori of curd or yogurt, as one.

On a typical day, how many palm-sized portions of chicken, fish, or meat do you eat?

One portion is about the size and thickness of your palm. Choose "None" if you are vegetarian.

How many teaspoons of fresh cheese, butter, ghee, coconut oil, avocado, coconut milk, malai, or full-fat cream do you have in a typical 24-hour day?
On a typical day, how many teaspoons of refined oil do you use - sunflower, rice bran, or safflower?

If you cook for the whole family, count roughly your own share, not the whole pan.

How many servings of sugar, maida/refined flour, ice cream, desserts, cakes, sweets, biscuits, soft drinks, sweetened beverages, pasta AND fruit/fruit juice (including dates, jaggery, figs) do you have in a typical 24-hour day? Add them all together.
