Mr Vijay has been kind enough to share his journey over the past one year with us on how he has completely understood what lifestyle changes keep his safe, healthy and fit, in a sustainable way, without any diabetes medication! He has mastered the balance of his nutrition, sleep, stress management, exercise and intermittent fasting.
We love teaching these things to our patients and wish many more people can experience this kind of health. He is also enjoying travelling to his native place plus attending weddings while still focussing on his own health and happiness.
