Here is how I got started with fasting fluids myself and gradually needed less support from things added to the fluids. Be patient with yourself as you make the transition over a few weeks and ALWAYS consult your doctor if thinking to fast while you are under treatment for any medical condition. There are many ‘faiths’, “beliefs” or “sects” when it comes to fasting fluids and approaches. I am only sharing the methods I use personally and for my patients.
